Marty Savage has over 19 years of professional experience in the construction industry. His experience began by working in the trades, which provided him with a well-rounded skill set and allowed him to understand first-hand how buildings are constructed. In addition, Marty became skilled in identifying building defects, and quickly and efficiently learned to devise repair options for construction issues. His experience includes rough-and-finish carpentry, project management, estimating and quantity take-offs, value engineering and project scheduling.
Since 1998, Marty has been developing his construction management expertise with his involvement on multiple construction projects throughout the northwest. As a Project Engineer and Superintendent for several general contractors, he was responsible for the management and scheduling of field staff and subcontractors, allocation, materials acquisition, review and negotiation of change orders, and punch list work.
